A huge part of my app Get Adulting that I personally love is taking user feedback to heart. I love releasing updates and adding new features as frequently as possible. In fact, I typically release 1-2 updates a month!! This Halloween, a wonderful creator made a TikTok video for my app Get Adulting and it blew up!!! Over 130,000 people saw my app and thousands downloaded. I am still in shock, honestly. I really created Get Adulting as a solution for myself, something to help me with navigating adulthood, and it is so shocking that so many people also see the value and help, in the same way my brain works! So so many of you sent some great suggestions and just one week later, I am releasing an update addressing some of your ideas!

Reorganizable Sections!! Highly requested, now you can easily rearrange the sections on your home page to your liking. Want to see Daily Tasks at the top? Now you can simply drag and drop the sections in Settings. I personally love this, it feels like a new app and so much more customized to me.

Lifetime Access option!! Instead of a subscription, choose a one-time payment. While the comment suggests $25, accessibility is still my goal!! Lifetime is only $7.99.

One-time Bill option!! Now you can add a bill that is not recurring, perfect for one-off expenses. You can always edit the bill at any time to make it repeat as well.

PLUS,

A brand new feature 'Grocery List Generator'! See the button in Recipes. Click it to choose the recipes you want to shop for, choose your serving size, uncheck what you already have, and it will generate a list to put in your Lists and Notes section with everything you need to buy!

and of course, even more minor fixes and content updates: -NEW Hide Hazards option in Settings! Enable this to hide hazards forever, or temporarily if you just need a break from overdue tasks. It can be overwhelming so stay in control of what you see!

-Updated My Budget banner to include overdue bills

-Added more Mental Health topics covering sobriety, personal hygiene, gambling addiction, loneliness, self-esteem, grief, and good sleep.

-Added Search bar to Mental Health Topics

-Added trash icon to expanded Lists/Notes to easily delete. You can also hold to delete when not expanded!

-Fixed Daily Tasks notifications not being scheduled

-Fixed Spin Wheel when ‘Marking as Completed’ for Adulting Tasks

Version 7.1 was released on Nov 10th - thank you again to all of my users!!

Download on iOS | Android coming soon (I promise!). With lots of Love, Breanna
