Get Adulting was built privacy-first, not privacy-as-a-feature. All personal data (from car details to health notes) is stored locally on the device and never uploaded to a server or shared externally!! There is no AI, no ad network, and no tracking. Firebase is used solely for secure account sign-in; sensitive "adulting" data never leaves the device. Because of this, the app remains FERPA-compliant for campus and educational use.
