Our Future Child does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data.
All information you enter into the app, including wishes, notes, names, and settings, is stored locally on your device. Nothing is ever uploaded to a server, sent to a third party, or accessible by anyone other than you.
What We Do NOT Collect:
- Personal information (name, email, phone number, etc.)
- Location data
- Usage or analytics data
- Device identifiers
- Cookies or tracking pixels
- Health or financial data
There are no accounts, no logins, no cloud storage, and no syncing. The export/import feature works through local file sharing only, meaning you manually send the file however you choose. We never see or touch that file.
The optional theme customization purchase ($0.99) is processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not receive or store any payment information. Apple's own privacy policy governs that transaction.
This app does not use any third-party SDKs, analytics tools, advertising frameworks, or AI services.
If you delete the app, all data stored within it is permanently deleted from your device.
Children's Privacy:
This app does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children under 13. Since no data is collected at all, there is nothing to collect from minors.
Changes to This Policy:
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new "Last Updated" date. Given that we collect zero data, changes are unlikely.

The App:
Our Future Child is a personal wish-keeping app that lets you save dreams and wishes for a future child. The app is provided as-is and is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
Your Data:
All data you enter is stored locally on your device. We have no access to it. You are responsible for backing up your own data through the export feature if you wish to keep it. If you delete the app, your data is permanently gone.
Purchases:
The app is free to use. There is an optional one-time in-app purchase ($0.99) for theme customization. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. We do not handle payment information.
Intellectual Property:
The app, including its design, code, name, and content, is owned by Hype Digital LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.
No Warranties:
The app is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from app use, device failure, or app deletion.
Limitation of Liability:
Hype Digital LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app. This includes but is not limited to data loss, device issues, or any indirect damages.
Termination:
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the app at any time without notice.
