Get Adulting has always been about supporting neurodivergent adults, not just through the app but in whatever way possible!! Community Partners is an extension of that. Small businesses deserve all the support we can give and the less we can shop at chains like Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc. - the better! I wanted a way to connect users with small businesses I actually believe in that are doing business ethically without ads and without sponsors trying to harvest data. I want small, ethical businesses offering real discounts to a community they genuinely want to support, not advertise to.
Businesses pay a small monthly fee to be featured on the Community Partners page (linked within the app) and that money goes right back into The Get Adulting Foundation. Users get access to offers from businesses worth supporting. Everyone wins and the app stays exactly the same: no popup ads, no tracking, still 100% offline. Community Partners is simply accessed via a button in the app.

Q: What kind of businesses can apply?
A: Small businesses only! No corporations, no dropshippers, no MLMs. I'm looking for businesses that operate ethically and would genuinely benefit this community. I designed this app to truly help people and am keeping it accessible for that reason, the business must align with that.
Q: How do you decide who gets approved?
A: I review every application myself. No algorithm or specific category I am looking for. Not every business can be accepted and I truly value you for taking the time to submit to be a Community Partner. There is limited space since I want to avoid overloading users!
Q: What do I need to provide?
A: Your business name, valid website with clear service/product offering, a bit about what you do, and the offer/coupon you want to feature. Offers must have a clear value and expiration date. Please do not submit fake offers (increasing your price to then offer 50% off) and please do not offer 5% off. Community Partners is designed to help our users, not to advertise to them.
Q: How many offers can I have?
A: Up to 5 offers per business. Pricing is tiered based on how many offers/coupons you want to promote. Pricing is subject to change, but you will be grandfathered in at the rate you are given at the time. Starting price is $20/month. Payment is made via invoice. Reach out at contact@getadulting.com if you'd like to negotiate a deal.
Q: Is there a contract?
A: Nope no contract. Month-to-month, cancel anytime!! I want this partnership to be equally supportive so you are not locked into any contract. Cancellation goes into effect on the 1st of the month following cancellation notice.
Q: Can I update my offer?
A: Yes! Just email me and I'll swap it out. Give 2-4 business days, so please plan ahead for time-sensitive sales.
